Working in land management for over a decade has shaped my landscape photography approach and style. I have built a close acquaintance with land and the fundamental benefits it provides for nature, the environment and people in North Devon. I take great care in considering the individual pieces of a composition to depict an evocative and relatable likeness of place, as well as interpreting the inspiration behind the photograph. A crucial step in my photographic process is to understand the subject of the assignment, which in turn will support the making of compelling images for my and your audience.
