Customer cancellation costs
Cancel 14 days before arrival - first nights accommodation
Cancel within 14 days of arrival – first two nights accommodation
Cancel on or after arrival date four nights accommodation
Joshua Day Photography cancels
A replacement workshop leader will be provided
If the latter is not possible a full refund will be issued
All participants must be 18 or older from day one of the tour
No Pets are permitted except assistance dogs
No smoking during shoots and workshops
No vaping during shoots and workshops
Customer responsibilities
Check in and arrival on day one of the tour
Arrival to workshops and location Shoots on time
Inform tour leader of any absence
Treat tour leader, other attendees and the general public with respect
Read and adhere to risk mitigation as per Stated in risk assessments
Inform tour leader of any adjustments required
Inform tour leader of any relevant medical conditions that could affect risk related to the tour agenda
Inform tour leader of ny dietary requirements at least 14 days before day one the tour
Tour leaders Responsibilities
Arrive to all shoots and workshops on time
Follow the pre defined agenda (tour leader retains the right to change the agenda in the event of adverse weather or other unforeseen circumstance)
To write, interpret and provide copies on request of risk assessments
To ensure risk assessment mitigations are adhered to
Respect customers and the general public
Handle personal information as per privacy policy
Safe transport of customers during tour
Facilitation of meals as per pre defined agenda
